Ten months later, thousands of families remain displaced, isolated, and struggling to rebuild their lives. Despite significant relief funds donated to the Jamaican government, audit has proven only an estimated 1.8% has been distributed or used to assist those most affected.

Communities are still waiting for support. Children have yet to return to school with the supplies they need, and many families continue to face daily hardship.
